New to Battery PACK Manufacturing? Start Here.

You don’t need a complete battery design before talking to us.Tell us your application, target capacity and current project stage. Our engineers can help you define:

• Cell selection and PACK configuration

• Target capacity and automation level

• Factory layout and space requirements

• A phased investment plan you can expand later

Depending on your project, we can also connect you with relevant suppliers for cells, BMS, CCS, enclosures and testing equipment.

From Equipment Delivery to Successful Production

Delivery is only one step. We help plan installation, commissioning, operator training and trial production support.

1. Plan the Line Layout for Your Factory

We plan the line arrangement around your factory floor, product and output target, and confirm site requirements before the equipment ships.

2. Receive One-to-One Factory Training

• Equipment functions and production sequence
• Mechanical and electrical connections
• Safe startup and shutdown
• Recipe settings and product changeovers
• Normal production operation
• Common alarms and
troubleshooting
• Routine maintenance and consumable replacement

3. Install and Commission the Complete Line

Our engineers install the equipment at your site and commission each station with your products until the complete line runs as agreed.

4. Verify Independent Operation

Your operators run trial production on their own while we confirm output, quality checks and product changeovers before handover.

Fe–Cu Weld Cross-Section

Without early process verification, you may face insufficient penetration, excessive spatter, inconsistent welds and repeated parameter adjustments during commissioning.

• Cell terminal material and coating
• Busbar material and thickness
• Joint dimensions and overlap
• Required weld and test criteria
• Drawings or physical samples

Send us your terminal and busbar drawings and, when available, physical samples.

Questions Before Starting Your Battery Project

Compatibility and production output are the two strongest purchase concerns. Define them before line design approval.

The compatibility range is defined from your cell, module and PACK dimensions before design approval. Confirmed products may use modular tooling, adjustable fixtures and recipe-based changeovers. Compatibility is not unlimited and must be listed in the technical agreement.

Typical references are approximately 5 PPM for manual, 8 PPM for semi-automatic and 8–12 PPM for fully automatic lines. Final output depends on the agreed product, process, staffing and configuration and should be verified under agreed FAT conditions.

The configured station can include CCD positioning, controlled laser parameters, power monitoring and recipe management. Samples, videos and agreed test reports can be reviewed during confirmation and FAT.

Yes, when defined in project scope. Recorded data may include barcode information, test results, welding parameters and production records according to the agreed interfaces.

These services can be included according to the commercial agreement. On-site availability, travel terms, duration and responsibilities must be confirmed for the destination and schedule.
